Advertising Executive – Programmatic Team

  • Leeds – West Park

  • £20,000

We’re thrilled to working with one of the best international digital agencies in the North on their search for an Advertising Executive to join their ever-growing, hugely successful team.

This is more than just a job: it’s the start of a career in an exciting and constantly growing industry. You don’t need prior experience - an analytical mind-set, the ability to contribute creative ideas and a strong desire to learn are the only necessary starting blocks.

Our client specialises in mathematical PPC, SEO, PR, Programmatic Display Advertising and Conversion Rate Optimisation. With trust, fairness, support & fun being at the core of their work and culture, it’s no wonder they’ve been featured in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work list SEVEN times!

‘Programmatic’ is the latest form of online advertising. Advertisers can buy advertising space and show different adverts to different users depending on their age, gender and unique online preferences. As this is such a targeted approach, it’s an extremely successful method of digital marketing.

The role of the Programmatic Team is to deliver compelling and targeted programmatic advertising strategies that will drive traffic to the client’s websites, ensuring the best possible ROI for them is achieved.

The strategies that our client creates encompass a number of different platforms including desktop, video, mobile and social media, which is why a creative outlook as a Programmatic Executive is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimise Programmatic (Display & Video) and Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & Instagram) campaigns for client campaigns.
  • Contribute strategy ideas to improve campaign performance in order to deliver great results for our clients.
  • Create and update clients’ monthly or weekly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Attend client meetings and calls, adding value as required.
  • Working with multiple technology, data and creative partners.
  • Manage and maintain budget tracking to ensure all clients are hitting their desired targets.

  • Degree-level education
  • Knowledge of or keen interest in Digital Marketing
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic development of accounts
  • Logical and data-driven mind
  • Strong spoken and written communication
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
