Associate Consultant

      Key Responsibilities:

  •         To deliver placements through assisting Consultants on their assignments - sourcing great candidates through a variety of techniques, conducting interviews, making matches and managing the recruitment process.To help your Senior Consultant understand exactly where each interim in the market is currently working.
  •         when they’re due to finish their current assignment .
  •         Identifying which companies use interims and work on targeted business development campaigns to introduce our candidates to them.
  •         Managing our CRM system to ensure it’s up to date and we’re getting the best out of it.

Activity achievement: 

  • Deliver agreed individual activity targets on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

Resourcing:

  •  Conduct extensive searches to bring on board great candidates for the vacancies you are briefed on, via a variety of techniques including database searching, direct head hunting, job board searching, effective use of social media, advert writing etc.
  •  Conducting in-depth interviews with potential candidates, enabling more accurate matches to be made to vacancies.
  •  Carrying out research projects on behalf of the consultants, from creating vacancy information packs for our clients and putting together extensive search trails to map out all relevant candidates in the market place.
  •  Organising meetings/interviews between clients and candidates.
  •  Develop and maintain on-going relationships with relevant clients and candidates through providing a high level of service

Business & Account Management:

  • Personally identify, long term profitable relationships with key customers in agreed sectors.
  •  Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Take an active role in customer visits.
  • Provide effective and focused ongoing customer and sector account management/development plans to aid the achievement of the sales plan.
  • Develop existing customers through developing closer, cross functional relationships and expanding the services utilised (assignment services, consultancy services)
