grounded in a fundamental understanding of the challenges faced by our clients.

Skills & Experience
• The Business Analyst should have most of the experience below:
• Experience working within complex projects with multiple streams of delivery
• Strong business process modelling and analytical skills
• Experience of applying data and analysis to a business (Six Sigma, BPM etc)
• Consulting experience, preferably in an Agile environment

Everyone at this company is responsible  for their own, and each other’s development. As such, the whole team is encouraged to deploy coaching and feedback techniques on a daily basis to facilitate the improvement of all.
Experience of these skills is helpful but being open to them is essential. Training to improve these skills will be provided as part of the development plan.
