As part of our delivery team, you will be working closely with Engineering teams responsible for building large-scale data management and analytics platforms. We use a variety of tools, making sure we use the right one for the job at hand.
As a close-working and collaborative team, we make data valuable and available to our clients, through consultancy services and product development.

we've been working with some truly inspiring clients on anything from real-time data integration and data mining, business-wide Single View of Customer systems to our own SaaS product.
We face new and exciting challenges every day, from ensuring high availability and performance of critical government systems, to understanding and improving complex banking and finance data structures.
To do this we use a variety of delivery and business analysis techniques including the use of Agile, Waterfall and Iterative methodologies, combined with requirements gathering, facilitation and verification approaches to ensure high quality deliverables and end user value is released at every phase.
Role Description
The Business Analyst is a key member of the consultancy services team, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of intelligent analytical solutions for clients, and building out the proprietary software range.
• The Business Analyst will work within the delivery team, and in partnership with engineering squads to ensure that requirements are aligned to both the clients’ need

and the internal strategy, with development occurring in line with
• Getting under the skin of an issue is critical. Our ability to deliver at speed is
grounded in a fundamental understanding of the challenges faced by our clients.
• Being tenacious, and willing to challenge the assumptions of even the most senior of
our clients is important.
The Business Analyst will:
• Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to engage with clients, guide and
formulate requirements, and deliver specifications to the development team
• Act as the client interface, and taking on the role of Product Owner as required
• Maintain a detailed appreciation of the solution through delivery to ensure it meets
any changing requirements.
• Be clear and articulate in both written and verbal communication
• Be comfortable presenting to technical teams, and to C-level executives
• Define and improve documentation standards and processes, with a view to shaping
what the business analysis function looks like going forward
• Be responsible for the creation and management of essential project artefacts
• Get stuff done properly, first time around; Make it right and only then make it fast
• If you see something that’s broken, fix it. That includes the coffee machine.
Skills & Experience
• The Business Analyst should have most of the experience below:
• Experience working within complex projects with multiple streams of delivery
• Strong business process modelling and analytical skills
• Experience of applying data and analysis to a business (Six Sigma, BPM etc)
• Consulting experience, preferably in an Agile environment
• A strong relationship builder – building honest, frank and constructive relationships
within all levels of an organisation.
• Above all, the Business Analyst should be able to listen to a customer, question
intelligently and work with the development teams to document and deliver their requirements.
Everyone at this company is responsible  for their own, and each other’s development. As such, the whole team is encouraged to deploy coaching and feedback techniques on a daily basis to facilitate the improvement of all.
Experience of these skills is helpful but being open to them is essential. Training to improve these skills will be provided as part of the development plan.
