Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team to support their outreach strategy.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for securing meetings and adding new sales leads to the company pipeline, as well as following up and managing the existing leads in the pipeline.
  • Identifying potential leads, making contact and building relationships to book meetings for the Directors.
  • Working with the marketing team to amplify activity, promoting content and targeting leads with relevant collateral.
  • Following up on any leads generated through content, email marketing or events and building relationships with these contacts.
  • Working alongside internal teams to support on lead generation objectives across all services areas.
  • Working with the Directors to co-ordinate materials for pitches and proposal literature.
  • Booking and attending new business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Following and understanding industry news and trends, gaining an understanding of the opportunities these present for outreach and lead engagement.
  • Maintaining the CRM - updating this daily, working alongside internal teams to ensure all leads are recorded accurately, and regular follow-ups take place.

The Ideal Person:

You will be a naturally driven, honest and ambitious person with a drive to take your career to the next level by delivering unprecedented results.

  • At least 2-3 years business development experience.
  • A good understanding of performance marketing specialisms including SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, CRO, Data, Display and Social Media.
  • Good written English and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasker, able to manage multiple leads and opportunities at once.
  • Agency experience is not essential but would be preferred.
