Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand their clientele. They specialise in producing user friendly communications through good information design. Testing them with real people to make sure the information meets their needs.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

You will be developing new and key account management opportunities and will have the responsibility to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The role has some global travel predominantly in the USA and Europe.

You will be a natural communicator and persuasive in your style having the ability to outline the organisations to its full benefit to potential customers and stake holders.

Building long term valuable relationships with key stake holders is what really matters

If you have worked in the pharmaceutical world before that is a bonus but they are open on background and sector.


  • Develop a growth strategy for new and existing business, spot opportunities and follow up submitting details to the CRM
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers


  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record or an aptitude to success
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge would be advantageous
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
