Here at Graft we are looking forward to recruiting for our Client a Contract Manager within the medical sector.

This is a varied role and we do not want to be too prescriptive in our ideal candidate as you could come from a variety of fields, what matters is your drive to work for a fast-paced scale up company with continued global growth.

Can you demonstrate a passion to work in a multi-functional role and display your drive for working in an SME.

  • Support the Senior Managers, Business Development (SMBD) with all contract negotiations, liaising with external clients and internal legal team.
  • Take detailed briefs from SMBD’s and cost projects.
  • Manage the administration of the BD CRM, ensuring contact information is up to date.
  • Maintain records of contracts and related documents (e.g. purchase orders and confidentiality agreements).
  • Develop and maintain a bring forward system which identifies contracting requirements.
  • Raise supplier purchase orders for project expenditure.
  • Co-ordinate meetings, distributing agendas, minute taking and disseminating information to a range of internal stakeholders and clients.


Some of the project will be office based but there is likely to be an element of travel involved so our ideal candidate would be someone with a degree of mobility.
