They will train on all aspects of the product, so if you do not have any experience in SaaS do not rule yourself out.

It will be your attitude and excitement about joining the tech industry that our client wants to see, and if you do have experience then that is a bonus.

The Position

You will be the trusted advisor that our customers depend on, helping meet their operational goals through our platform and services.

You will be the main support for our Head of Customer Success assisting with our key accounts.

We are seeking a dynamic candidate with masses of initiative, who will excel in a fast paced, start-up style environment.

You will be dealing with a range of Directors and Managers in many different industries, so candidates must be able to show that they can build successful relationships with people, ensuring that our customers always feel they are getting the absolute best from our platform and services.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Support our Head of Customer Success
  • Develop deep relationships with our customers, understanding their business/industry challenges.
  • Provide support for our customers via inbound telephone calls and Support ticket submissions following outlined processes.
  • Work Proactively to ensure prompt resolution of support cases and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalation of support request to our Head of Customer Success
  • Provide regular feedback on the product to the business.
  • Understand the value proposition of our platform and service effectively communicate all offerings to customers.


Skills and Attributes required:

  • Passion for customer success and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
  • Personal time management skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and a mindful attention to detail.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work consistently in a dynamic and sometimes fast paced environment.
  • Excellent face to face presentational skills with a professional attitude
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Honesty, integrity, empathy, and pride of work




Location and nice to haves:

This role is office based within our Leeds city centre office, working hours 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have worked in a customer success role previously and have strong service ethic. Any experience in the industry would be an advantage but not essential. Great communications skills are a must and have passion and energy for delivering great customer service and making a difference.

Salary and benefits

Salary: £25,000

Working Pattern; Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm

Holidays; 25 days plus bank holidays
