Job Description - Cyber Sales and Account Manager.

This dynamic business was started with the idea of using past experience from working with the ethical hacking community to build a service that helps businesses keep ahead of emerging threats.

Mission simple- to gather security intelligence to help organisations secure their public attack surface. This could be digital assets or human assets. The service is a blend of automated security tool and a human research team.

We are looking for a person who isn't afraid of approaching new reseller partners, is comfortable managing accounts, and, finally, someone who loves sales.

You will be an advocate and cheerleader for the company, promoting the message to potential partners and end users in an informative and engaging way that this software needs to be explored.

Job Description:

- Help to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and expand existing accounts collaborating with the wider team, with input and support from the founder.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

- Clearly communicate the value proposition of cybersecurity solutions to prospects and customers

- Be knowledgeable and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and threat management to best position the company's solutions.

- Get involved in sales training, conferences, and team meetings to enhance skills and spread the message.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and other teams

To us one of the most important skills that you could bring is the ability to build relationships easily and naturally for the long term with tangible and beneficial results whilst executing best in class account management and customer success.

Other helpful traits would include:

To be clear in your style and narrative to be able to listen, understand and have the ability to outline compelling reasons, why this software is so important to a potential client using active listening and solution selling.

Take technical concepts and be able to translate to diverse audiences, without losing them in jargon.

Be able to deal with obstacles and objections and not be discouraged.
