Digital Marketing Manager – Growth/SaaS


We’re looking for someone who has experience acquiring valuable customers at scale through digital campaigns and a track record of delivering qualified leads. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely sales, finance and the product teams.


This role will involve you managing and improving all paid and organic activity to focus on customer growth. You will lead on digital marketing activities across all online channels, using your experience and data to help you make strong decisions. You will support corporate marketing by leading digital aspects of organic (SEO) and paid campaigns (Google AdWords, Display Network, retargeting, paid social, etc.), along with optimising, analysing, and reporting on them.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing online advertising campaigns across various digital media (PPC, social media, partnerships, etc.)
  • Driving and enhancing online traffic via digital marketing campaigns, re-targeting, content marketing and SEO
  • Maximising the performance of each channel to optimise spend, increase ROI and decrease CAC
  • Research and synthesising market information and consumer data to enhance understanding of consumer motivations, beliefs, and behaviours to make sound business decisions.
  • Contributing to new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, blogs, webinars, video content etc
  • Balancing budgets across channels, platforms and tactics while optimising spend.
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends
  • Assisting with internal marketing & communications


What we're looking for:

  • Experience in digital marketing (B2B especially SaaS targeted lead gen) ideally 5+ years
  • Experience in managing paid and organic campaigns (Linked in, social, PPC, programmatic, retargeting…) and a track record of delivering ROI od advertising spend
  • In depth knowledge of SEO and traffic growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, marketing tools eg CMS, CRM
  • Strong commercial awareness and be tech-savvy, ideally coming from a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment
  • Creativity and be a strong team player
  • Comfortable with operating in a target driven environment
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starting, strongly ambitious, and tenacious: willing to go the extra mile
