Digital PR Manager


Up to £27K

Due to increased workload across the business, we require a Digital PR Manager to work on international PR campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing campaign strategies, ideation and training a team of Digital PR Executives.

The main purpose of the role is to support and contribute to the growth of our Digital PR service by managing a number of creative and reactive digital PR campaigns (client reporting, budget handling, news monitoring, data gathering). Liaising with Performance, Client Account and Creative Editorial teams, to achieve targeted results on a monthly basis.

The role of a Digital PR Manager requires a creative, confident, organised and intrinsically motivated person, to work with colleagues to close campaigns within set timeframes and implement tactical ways in which to optimise performance. You will be capable of structuring your own time as well as those you manage, with proven experience in earned media planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working fluidly across multiple Digital PR campaigns
  • Reviewing and approving media lists
  • Earned media planning for international campaigns
  • Leveraging new and existing media relationships to secure press coverage
  • Devising outreach angles to go to press with
  • Budget handling and campaign forecasting
  • Data gathering, research and analysis
  • Ability to create roadmaps and timelines for project deliverables and keep to them.
  • Able to support with end of month campaign reports.
  • Leading and contributing to group ideation sessions.
  • Supporting with ideation, with the confidence to pitch PR concepts internally and externally.
  • Liaising with creative and editorial teams to devise and produce creative campaign assets
  • Proposing and implementing solutions to resolve campaign issues
  • Liaising with Performance Managers to achieve targeted results for campaigns
  • Managing, mentoring, and training a team of Digital PR Executives
  • Suggesting new ideas and processes to optimise team performance.
