As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious individual who also seeks personal growth. The role will develop into managing an increased number of clients, along with a growing team under them to support.
This is a hands-on role working with a small but agile team. As such, we’re looking for a digital generalist, with a background managing different CMS platforms, experience in digital paid media channels including PPC and Paid Social, excellent commercial acumen, and a creative approach to problem solving

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of clients' ecommerce websites on Magento 2 and WooCommerce
• Manage and oversee paid media activity across Google Ads and Meta • Create and execute merchandising strategies, including product categorisation,
presentation, and promotion to maximise sales • Coordinate and implement sales promotions, ensuring timely execution and alignment
with clients' marketing strategies • Continuously analyse website performance and customer engagement, implementing
improvements for usability, design, content, and conversion
• Add new products to the websites, including writing product descriptions, optimising images, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably with Magento 2, WooCommerce and Shopify
• Knowledge and experience of Google Ads and Paid Social platforms • Excellent analytical skills and experience with ecommerce analytics tools • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Driven, with an ambitious desire to succeed and deliver sustainable growth • Resilient and confident individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment with high
