We have a new Junior Designer role for a niche studio with a wonderful independent vibe in Leeds City Centre think New York loft, with northern charm. They’re now on the lookout for their next creative superstar…

Portfolios a must, show us what you have got and how creative you are if you’re tired of being overlooked because you don’t have enough experience but you can proof that you have it creatively that will do nicely.

This client gets the fact that as a recent graduate it’s hard to get a start, they hire on attitude and culture not what you haven’t done yet or time served in the industry.

They’re a hard-working bunch of creatives, plate spinners, client charmers and all-round nice people. They have mutual respect for all, everyone brings something unique to the party… and they do enjoy a good party! They’re hungry, resilient and importantly always look at the bright side of life.

The Ideal Person:

An Energetic and tenacious Junior Designer that has a keen eye for detail, who’s passionate about creativity, whilst having a proactive mindset.

Someone that’s switched on and streetwise, driven to succeed whilst believing great creativity can make a difference.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented and ideas driven.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Adobe programmes, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects.
  • Experience is a benefit, Strong portfolio with an ability to present thoughts coherently.  
  • You need to be serious about your work… but don’t take yourself too seriously.
  • PS, there’s no Prima-donnas here, you’ll have to make a brew and load the dishwasher, just like everyone else!
