Junior Marketing Executive
Graft is working with a fast-moving B2B Marketing and Corporate Comms marketing company based in North Leeds. 
Clients range from start-ups and SMEs to international Fortune 500 companies whose industries range from chemicals and coatings to IoT and tech.
The services we provide mainly consist of:
• Internal communications and corporate comms including corporate sponsorship
• Marketing and business strategy
• Top level business PR campaigns and ongoing strategies and events based marketing
• Social media – organic and paid
• Content marketing
• Digital PR
We also offer our clients any other on or offline marketing services from web design and build to SEO, social media, organic and paid, content marketing, and any offline or experiential campaigns.
Job Brief 
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing executive to join the team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. 
As a marketing executive, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of campaigns. 
Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our internal marketing channels. This role will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. 
Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in digital marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment. 
The responsibilities of the role may change as time moves on and can be different on any given day. You will mainly be responsible for:
• Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks 
• Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities, mainly social media advertising
• Preparing promotional presentations and assisting in client pitches
• Copywriting/proof reading for blogs and social media 
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Social media/onsite content activity plans
• Social media photography/creative
• Blogger outreach
• Help organise marketing events 
• A strong desire to learn, a great attitude and work ethic along with a professional drive 
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, especially the ability to proof read
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
• Excellent Internet skills
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices 
Any degree will be considered, it’s more about the right person rather than the qualification.
Working hours
The work is mainly office based and office hours are 9am – 5.50 Monday to Thursday and 9am – 5pm on Friday.
It may be necessary to work longer hours to accommodate lengthy meetings.
