Our client is an international digital marketing and communications agency specialising in content marketing, online PR, and translation services. The company provides its services in over 40 languages across 50 territories.

Based in their brand new, beautiful Leeds city centre office, you’ll join a vibrant and creative working environment and will reap the benefits of flexible working hours, regular social events, exciting projects and a real scope to progress within the company.

This is a hands-on role that will see you building and managing media relations from the start. You’ll use your analytical skills to research online publications across an array of sectors and then will draw upon your creative flair to seed content ideas. You’ll be working with clients with high expectations, so as an Executive you must be able to work to tight deadlines and be ready for a challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creatively searching the web for partnerships
  • Developing extensive, relevant lists of website contacts
  • Building relationships with website owners
  • Becoming a strong negotiator
  • Creating and pitching content ideas to website owners
  • Successfully managing relationships with influential website owners
  • Keeping track of partnerships and evaluating results
  • Multitasking between numerous campaigns
  • Brainstorming ideas with team members and colleagues
  • Liaise with managers to determine which projects should be worked on
  • Liaise with managers and contribute to increase targets for campaigns
  • Work with monthly personal and team targets
  • Liaise with writers to create content for website partners

The Successful Person Will Have:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels
  • Strong written skills
  • Self-starter mentality and pro-active attitude
  • Ability to think creatively
  • A tenacious attitude and willingness to learn quickly
  • Good presentation skills and very strong interpersonal abilities
  • An understanding of content, SEO and online marketing services would be preferable but not essential 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work individually and self-motivate
