Office Manager / Executive Assistant

We are excited to be working with a friendly, fast-growing company to find an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the business and to be involved in a range of ongoing projects.

If you are highly organised, dedicated, confident and resourceful, then this role will be just what you're looking for.

You will be working closely with the CEO to help push the company forward and assisting where possible. You will be able to think on your feet and confidently present your ideas alongside Office Manager duties such as administration, facilities, and PA duties.


  • Working closely with the CEO on various office and company projects
  • Carrying out PA duties for CEO such as; diary management, booking travel, accommodation etc
  • Ensure all facilities and H&S for the business are looked after and compliant
  • Keep all staff up to date with changes and projects within the business
  • Answering all incoming calls and fielding/directing where appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors into the office, offering refreshments
  • Receiving and distributing post
  • Organising events and meetings as requested by Senior Management
  • Administration tasks from the team as required
  • Stock control of all stationery and sundries orders


  • A hands-on and forward-thinking work ethic
  • A clear and professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Previous office management experience is desired
