Paid Media Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team managing and executing PPC campaigns for our clients. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can demonstrate expertise and determination to progress within the Digital Marketing team.

The ideal candidate would need at least 2-years experience, managing PPC accounts including search, shopping, remarketing, display and video campaigns. This individual would have initiative, drive and enthusiasm, empathy for client business objectives, be self-starting and responsible, and able to direct others as the need arises. An awareness of business priorities for the agency within the context of developing and analysing client campaigns to provide for success.

Essential Skills

• 2 years plus experience managing PPC accounts, including search, shopping, remarketing, display, video campaigns across both Google Ads & Microsoft Ads. Paid social would be an advantage.

• Extensive experience of B2C & B2B, lead generation and e-commerce clients. • Experience in extracting PPC data, preparing analysis, reports & presentations by using

automated tools. (Supermetrics training will be provided). • Producing regular marketing performance reports using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets &

Looker Studio (Data Studio). • Managing small to large monthly budgets from £500 to £200k. • Budget and performance management. • Google Ads certified. • Writing responsive and compelling ad text. • Setting up new PPC accounts for new clients. • Ideally educated at Degree Level. • Data driven PPC implementation decisions. • Be familiar with Google Ads policies and best practices. • Excellent communication skills with direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing, executing, and optimising cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.

• Manage PPC accounts for both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Support and oversee broader digital marketing channels, including Social Media.

• Producing daily performance reports (Excel/Google sheets) and monthly presentations to clients (PowerPoint/ Looker Studio).

• Manage keyword bidding (strategies) and budgets. • PPC proposals to generate new business. • Keyword performance tracking and optimisation. • Writing compelling ad text. • Setting up conversion tracking for PPC campaigns. • Using GA4 to understand the overall website performance by channels.
