Overview

Our company is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Having recently taken investment, we are a fast growing, award-winning tech startup working on cutting edge web performance and security projects. We are looking for a full-time Partnership Success Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through partnership creations, whilst managing existing accounts and growing their revenue by upselling and cross-selling within accounts.

Core Skills

● Taking accountability for targets and have the ability to build upon our current success

● A consultative sales focus – selling with a short and long term view

● Strong organisation skills and planning ability

● Direct sales/partnership experience, preferably within the area of IT tool sales

● Be an accomplished sales professional with a high level of initiative and vision, commercial acumen, strategic skill with the ability to drive sales and add value to a successful business

Bonus Experience/Skills

● Sales and Partnerships in a SaaS Environment

● Technical Skills (i.e. understanding of Programming)

● Experience in managing complex enterprise deals

● Digital/technical selling experience

● Tools: Hubspot, LinkedIn

● Networking and building key stakeholder relationships

 

What will the role be like?

The role includes working on both our existing client and new client pipelines,

● Engage with prospective companies to position ourselves as a strategic value solution

● Lead the delivery of new partnership work, including the setup of referral routes and presenting to new partners.

● Developing an overarching strategy that means outcomes exceed expectations

● Delivering engaging presentations that showcase our work to our partners.

● Working closely with the tech and sales team, to contribute ideas that improve the tool and services provided by us

● Acting quickly on incoming leads via all channels (website, internal, lead generation)

● Organising demos and meetings with new clients

● Use prospecting skills to build a future pipeline with targeted sales tactics

● Managing customer interactions in HubSpot & report quarterly projections weekly

● Maintaining and developing key client relationships

● Plan and execute face-to-face meetings, where possible, with key decision-makers

● Provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them

● Ability to influence and communicate at C-level within prospect companies

● Ability to balance competing priorities

● Manage several time-sensitive projects

● Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently

● Work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment

● Work with the team to help create an amazing product experience

● Interact with our social media content on a regular basis 

Ideal Candidate

We are open to interview anyone who has a proven interest in technology, the right attitude, shows great communication skills and has a technical aptitude. People who are degree educated or with relevant work experience will all be considered. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tech and the internet. They have a good grasp of web performance, and quickly be able to explain website monitoring. They’ll be a great team player who is happy to work on large and complex partnership deals against their targets.

Working for us

Our office is in Leeds city centre, 5 minutes walk from Leeds train station. We currently practice flexible distributed working with plenty of scope for home working - along with assistance for setting up your home office environment. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours being 9am-5:30pm.
