The role

Part of a wider group of businesses, this is a multi-faceted role with the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of different ventures. We're searching for a new team member to join our quickly expanding team who is passionate about PPC and Digital Marketing. Based near Leeds, this is the opportunity to join a motivated team with a competitive salary, flexible working and a focus on employee well-being and growth.



  • Competitive salary £25,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience)
  • Hybrid working model, generally 2 days at their offices in Bowcliffe Hall, 1 day at a workspace in Leeds City Centre, and 2 days WFH.

Day to day/responsibilities

  • Autonomously creating & managing PPC campaigns for a range of exciting clients (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads primarily)
  • Carrying out campaign setup, ongoing optimisation, and regular reporting
  • Completing thorough keyword research and analysis to aid in creating strategy
  • Managing advert copy writing to best practice
  • Handling large scale budgets and achieving ROI targets
  • Identifying opportunities for new potential campaigns, features and platforms
  • Preparing and delivering monthly progress reports
  • Delivering exceptional customer service & building strong relationships
  • Reporting directly to the Creative Director



Must have skills/experience

  • Two / three years’ experience in PPC focused role is preferred
  • Clear and demonstrable experience of working with the optimum PPC tools to drive performance
  • An excellent communicator with strong opportunity identification/problem-solving capabilities
  • The ability to adapt to evolving situations and challenges. Open to suggestion, collaboration and able to embrace change
  • Excellent time management skills and able to plan, organise, and schedule workloads to hit deadlines and deliver on KPIs
  • A personal passion for e-commerce, including PPC and Digital Marketing with an underlying entrepreneurial flair
  • Experience with other paid media (such as paid social) would be preferable, but not essential
