Project Manager

£30 - £35K

Do you want to help write the next chapter of an ongoing success story for Luto, a fast scaling company with big ambition? Where people are the epicentre of the business and opportunities for ideas are always a possibility?

Graft Talent is proud to be working in partnership with Luto in their search for a new Project Manager.
Luto specialises in producing user friendly communications for the pharmaceutical and wider health industry through good information design. Testing them with real people to make sure the information meets their needs.

As a Project Manager you’ll be front and centre with our valued clients to help them understand Luto and to show them how we’re producing the most innovative and interesting communication materials. You’ll be coming into our team at the most exciting time as we prepare to launch various expansions and additional services for our clients including research facilities and testing labs.

You will be managing a variety of projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are designed, written and tested to the highest quality, following company best practice guidelines and delivered on time and within budget. You’ll always have your finger on the pulse of what is most important to each client and you’ll think creatively to make sure we’re providing a truly bespoke product and service.

The ideal person

  • Drive, enthusiasm and positive can-do attitude.
  • A good understanding of human factors project management, ideally with industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Naturally inquisitive and creative.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Collaborative way of working and sharing your knowledge and experience.
  • An undergraduate degree and an interest in the field of health communication is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a health related, regulatory affairs, clinical trials, medical information, or consumer market research type setting would be a bonus.

What matters most to Luto
At Luto, your positive, can do attitude matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We’d like you to bring it to work with you to help make us even better. We won’t be surprised to hear that when people talk about you, they say you are able to think ahead, intuitive, passionate, and someone people love working with because you make things happen. Your masterful attention to detail and self-starter mentality means you can work by yourself and as part of a team. Ultimately, we won’t be able to remember how we got by without you.

For the right person, we will consider a home-based contract, with regular travel to our office and global travel required for studies.
