We have a great opportunity for a Sales Development Executive to join our motivated and ambitious team. We are currently seeking high-energy, technologically savvy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts.

Role:

The right Sales Development Executive loves a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets that they are eager to smash every week. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, genuine person who has the passion to hustle and deliver exceptional results. We are looking for a hunter with polished phone and writing skills, who is intrigued by technology and enjoys prospecting, learning and ultimately wants to have a career in sales. This role has the potential to grow into a full sales role in the future.

The Sales Development Executive is responsible for outreach, positioning, and scheduling meetings with key decision makers. The SDE will work with the Sales and Marketing  teams , using modern lead generation tool stacks & will book meetings and log necessary information into the CRM system.

In this role you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in our Target Accounts on behalf of the global sales team

Digital Outreach SDE Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation with global companies.
  • Leverage modern lead generation tool stacks including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io
  • Collaborate closely with New Business and Account Managers to successfully create a "plan-of-actions”, including targeting companies, targeting prospects and messaging.
  • Set up new meetings to hand over to our New Business Teams
  • Qualify opportunities by objection handling, open questioning and similar.
  • Engage with our commercial strategy as we explore different markets and nail down our product market fit.
  • Follow-up on inbound leads generated through Advertising, Web Enquiries, Web Chats, Webinars, Events, etc
  • Networking with selected companies to identify appropriate contacts.
  • Following up on inbound queries
  • Engaging with decision makers to collate account intelligence; using interview techniques to uncover projects or pain points, and thereby driving opportunities forward.
  • Presenting the value, we deliver; aligning pitches to a prospect’s pain/needs, and in doing so, gain agreement to meet our New Business Team and progress the engagement.
  • Updating and maintaining account intelligence, as well as your own activity list in our CRM system
  • Participate in regular training & informational sessions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e., adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)

Digital Outreach SDE Requirements:

  • A Graduate (no exp required) or non graduate with a minimum of 1 year B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Have the autonomy to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload to achieve deliverables.
  • Competent in modern lead generation tool stacks such as LinkedIn
  • Have worked with pipeline management and should have used a software system for managing this.
  • Tech savvy to understand customers products and navigate CRM.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Confident, and motivated with strong negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail, completing tasks and documenting them thoroughly in CRM.
  • Have a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Get a good understanding of the company’s brand and being able to represent it to potential and existing clients and identifying opportunities via any means.
  • Be able to manage multiple workstreams, closely working with high-profile individuals.
  • Have prior experience of demand generation, ideally in the tech sector, selling B2B services.
  • Thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
