Founder & Director

Melanie has gained almost 3 decades of recruitment experience in all capacities of talent acquisition. After years of watching talent leave the North, Melanie found her mission to stop the brain drain and retain talent in our region. Since establishing Graft in 2018, she has dedicated herself to finding career opportunities for Grafters in tech and digital with her ever talented team. She is passionate about education and making your career work for you. Her career highlights include setting up one of the first specialist student and graduate recruitment business with a Leeds-based university. Our leopard print-loving leader hails loud and proud from the Northeast. You are sure to hear her before you see her!
